Return Policy


Movv guarantees all merchandise to be free from damage or defect.  I want your purchases to exceed your expectations.  If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please email katemills@shopmovv.com to start the return/exchange process.  
*You are responsible for return shipping charges.  If you are doing an exchange, you will be responsible for return shipping charges, but the new item will ship to you for FREE.  
Your will be prompted to send your purchase back and I will be happy to credit your account.  
  • Postmark item(s) within 30 days of delivery. (Returned items will NOT be accepted after 30 days)
  • All items must be returned in original packaging.
